Who does it apply to?
All companies and products related to agribusiness must have the Establishment Registration at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply if they’re producing, storing, transporting, fractionating, commercializing, importing or exporting. The Establishment Registration must be regularized before the Product Registration for commercialization. Below are the establishments that must be regulated:
- Distributor Establishment (ED)
- Commercial Establishment (EC), which resells products in bulk;
- Exporting Establishment (EE)
- Importer Establishment (EI)
- Producer Establishment (EP)
- Storage Establishment (EA)
